Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Jelly Bean Tomatoes Sun Dried

Servings: 4 Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 5 pounds Jelly Bean Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning Optional (I make my own)

Equipment

  • 1 Dehydrator

Method
 

  1. Wash tomatoes and slice in half lengthwise
  2. add salt and italian sesoning, then mix throughly
  3. Add olive oil and give the mix another thorogh stir
  4. Place a single layer on the dehydrator rack
  5. Let the dehydrator run until the tomatoes are dry yet a little soft
